Réflecteur: 20 Years of Lighting Up Our Region, One Project at a Time
Twenty years ago, in 2005, Marc-André Dupuis took over the family business, Enseignes Média-Pub, and renamed it Installations Média-Pub. At the time, the team consisted of eight passionate individuals ready to take on any challenge. Their hands, creativity, and pride would soon transform the façades and streets of our region.

The Project That Changed Everything
The following year, the company secured a major contract: the rebranding of Sobeys across nearly forty locations. Alongside this, ADL was acquired, and the team found itself coordinating a large-scale project. For Marc-André and his team, it was their first major regional undertaking and the beginning of a strong reputation in the signage and wayfinding industry.
Geneviève Steps In
The arrival of Geneviève G. L’Heureux as co-owner marked a new chapter. Together, Marc-André and Geneviève brought fresh energy to the company, combining vision, discipline, and boldness. That same year, the acquisition of a boom truck allowed the team to take on more ambitious installations and tackle technical challenges that once seemed out of reach.
Technology Meets Creativity
Always on the lookout for innovative technology, Réflecteur invested in 2017 in the largest printer in the region, opening the door to more detailed and highly customized creations. The following year, the company acquired a specialized machine for manufacturing channel letters—a key milestone that enabled the production of unique, durable signage with strong visual impact. These investments perfectly reflect the company’s philosophy: to never stop pushing the boundaries of creativity.
Réflecteur Takes Shape
The transition from Installations Média-Pub to Réflecteur in 2020 was more than just a name change. It marked a new, modern, and ambitious identity that reflects the company’s evolution and its commitment to delivering custom solutions in signage, wayfinding, and public art. Behind the new name remains the same passionate team, driven to make every project shine.
A Self-Managed Approach
With its shift toward a self-managed organization, Réflecteur places strong emphasis on local impact and sustainable development. Each team member is encouraged to actively contribute to the growth of the community by combining expertise and creativity. The company has become a space where innovation, creative freedom, and collaboration come together in every project.
Today: 20 Years of Passion
By 2025, the team has grown to 14 members, including a signmaker with over 40 years of experience. Since 2005, more than 15,000 projects have come to life in Réflecteur’s workshop—from illuminated signage to custom art installations. Each piece carries the unique imprint of the team. Every cut letter, every metal structure, and every installed panel tells a story of passion, expertise, and pride.
Marc-André and Geneviève sum up the spirit of Réflecteur perfectly:
“We aim to give our collaborators the freedom to contribute to the visual appeal and enrichment of our community. Behind every project is a passionate multidisciplinary team, a state-of-the-art workshop, and a company culture where creating together is truly rewarding.”
Thank You !
This anniversary is, above all, a celebration:
- To our clients, for their trust and inspiration over the past 20 years,
- To our team, for their boldness, creativity, and heart,
- To our community, for its support and for championing local ideas.
Twenty years later, Réflecteur continues to bring light to façades, streets, and ideas. Twenty years of creativity, boldness, and ambitious projects—and the story is only just beginning.
